Chimaeron Low Health Debuff

Yesterday, I had to add this spell Id (76143) to make the Low Health debuff showing on 10 man regular.
My guess is that there is more then one spell Ids for raid size / version. Is that the case or a bug ?

Though, I'm still having error from Blizzard_AchievementUI from time to time.
Also, Am I the only one having issues when inspecting players in instances ? I am seeing MY items instead of their in the tooltip. Pretty weird stuff ! :)

Does the gearscore from items should appear with the latest version ? It does not atm for me. Also, can you make an option to separate them, showing player score on tooltip but not items score, or vice versa.
