While this is ultimately a Blizzard bug. Might be nice to work around it. Using UIFrameFade() or UIFrameFlash() taints those APIs and then creates problems when the VoiceChat UI uses them. This can be avoided by writing your own custom fader for what purposes you have for fading.

a) Ocassionally when it swaps gear it will leave an item on the cursor. This is really annoying in combat becuase then I have to click someplace and then say no I don't want to throw the item away. Solution: Use ClearCursor() after every swap. Oddly you use PickupSpell(999, BOOKTYPE...
