I can see the bar now... but when I unlock it, I can't seem to get it to move to the position I want it to. I've tried right clicking, shift clicking, alt clicking, etc... am I missing something or is this broken?

Since adding the new updated version 1.6, when I ALT and Mouse-Over my poisons, some of them don't highlight anymore (Crippling and Mind Numbing). I switched back to 1.5 and it is still broken now. Any ideas how to fix this?
