I have made one minor change that you may find useful..
in the visibility conditions of bartender I changed to

First of all thank you for this addon.once you learn how to use it, it becomes irreplaceable..
Although I have a minor problem..
it seems that the addon delay almost 1 sec to show the spell that is ready to use :(
while other similar addons, like shock and awe, show the spells immediately.

Do you have clique addon installed m8?Maybe you have assign some spells on clique... otherwise it is bug of the addon grid...
or maybe the addon grid have an option "click Through"...
