As noted above, there are some spelling issues. I had to rename the folder Accomplishment from Accomplisment for the game to recognize the addon.

From what I understand, as long as you're the leader it automatically marks whatever you're targeting with the default skull icon that's in the game already. I don't know that it really needs a picture, you know?
