I know these bugs, but they should be fixed with the latest version.
Try the following:
1. Uninstall Atlasloot
2. Log in to WoW
3. Completely log out
4. Reinstall Atlasloot
If that doesn't work try deleting everything Atlasloot related in your WTF folder. There is something screwed up with your files.

The reason why Atlasloot can be up-to-date the day a patch goes live is because Blizzard puts everything on a PTR weeks before its live. They didn't do it this time so i will take a while for us to assemble this.

pceric, the author of AtlaslootReverse, allowed us, the Atlasloot dev team, to implement this in Atlasloot itself. We haven't decided how to do it yet, but i will definitely show up somehow in Atlasloot for Cataclysm.

All the new bosses, both 10Man and 25Man, were added with the latest version. You can see the loot by using our standalone browser (type in /atlasloot ). Atlas, the mod that provides maps, hasn't been updated yet.
