Is there anyway to make the ui scale smaller cause when I have this UI installed my screen is extremely zoomed in and it doesn't give me a option in the system options, But overall AMAZING UI. I'd love to use it but need a way to make ui scale smaller.

I love this UI. Main problem I have is I get stuck on a loading screen, but this is by far the best UI I've used. <3
I have noticed this as well, I think it's just the UI loading all of it's stuff but I'm not sure, I'll have to test stuff out later. Anyway, glad you are enjoying it. :)

Just realized that the folder in the oUF zip from GitHub is not named oUF by default, I have updated the installation instructions to reflect that. A new update should be coming soon with a few minor updates including a more visible chat. Thanks for suggesting that. ;)

Thanks, they are a sort of 'widescreen' version of a normal action button. I think it makes them look really nice and sleek. :)

Well those screenshots display the entire addon. As of now it's just unit frames. Full minimap/action bar/etc. skinning will come soon. I am creating this addon from scratch so stuff kinda takes a while. :p
