Check out the FAQ file included in the zip.
Basically, hold down both CONTROL & ALT keys, and drag the map via the yellow bars that appear at the top/bottom.

Has anyone tested what happens when left clicking on a Flight Master ?
Are the flight paths drawn correctly ?
I have a sneaky suspicion that the lines are being drawn in the wrong place, or may behave strangely if you change the scale of the AlphaMap.... :confused:
