its intentional — the personal resource display (nameplate) under the player takes on the role of the player unitframe in combat. you can manually change it here if you want. the last value "90" is how many points up from the bottom of the UI it is positioned, you can adjust it your desired spot

update today is mostly quality of life, including bug fixes. there's a new tool button on the bag for easy disenchanting & prospecting & selling vendor crap. your bank bag will work properly. baddies on the unitframe roar instead of wave. combat text will now be correctly formatted etc.
