Sry about the problems you are facing. Like I already said we are looking into the query thing, but since we are focused on the AtlasLoot v6 for Cataclysm don't except anything for v5.
Same goes for the wishlist bug. This feature gets a total revamp with Cataclysm.

There is definitely something screwed up with your Atlasloot files. This error was fixed with 5.11.01. Please do a clean reinstall:
- Log out of WoW
- Delete all AtlasLoot folders
- Log into the game world
- Log out of WoW completely
- Re-install AtlasLoot
