Yes I did. I even removed all other addons just to make sure. After I've did a backup of course. ;)

The anchor for those two groups will only show if you have them turned on. In other words, if "Show T/F Debuffs" and/or "Show T/F Gains" is off their group is turned off (anchor) and when toggling achors you wont see them.

I don't see any anchors on the Target Debuffs and Target gains, in other words I cant move them around. The other bars works fine.
I got the latest version, deleted the lua-files and even ran without any addons but this one, but still have the same problem. The toogle Anchor button does what its supposed to but not to the Target D...
