Just saw this today, the target frame when you have a 'focus' frame up, looks a bit out of place with the blue border going through the frame, not around it.

I setup the bar to be blue for my mage, and when I went over to my Paladin I wanted it to be pink, but upon going back to my mage it was also pink. Just wanted it to match the 'theme' of the class-defined color system.
