 Refilling from the bank

Hello!
FreeRefills doesn't seem to ever take anything out of my bank. I keep a stack of Light Feathers in the bank, and would like the stack I have in my backpack to be topped up when I open the bank - but it doesn't. Same situation with other items, but this was the clearest example I can give I think.
