Not within the UI itself, aside from the general tab on the character sheet. You can browse popular addon sites for something that could do that, I'm sure.

Make sure you're doing a clean install, and check to see if your action bars are locked - that's in the Blizzard options. You can hold Shift and click-drag a spell from a locked action...

As shown in the example pics on the UI page, as well as being mentioned on the UI site and ingame, you can do that via the "L" framelock toggle. It's at the bottom-right of the left chat window.

Hi,
What is the command to the keyboard shortcut?
identical to Dominos, Bartender and Cie.
I'm guessing you mean to keybind. You can still use the default Blizzard menu, or the /hb command to access instant keybinds. You can also click the 'L' icon on the bottom-left chat window to access frame and action bar anchors.

Just got your updated UI and it dominates! I'm noticed that when I was in Strand of the Ancients that no matter how much damage I took when I was in a vehicle, it alwats stayed at 100%. This was with Demos as well as the cannons. All other health bars are working fine. Just vehicle health is the problem. Thx for any help.

It's just SO annoying to have like 6 icons on the display with buffs/debuff which are shown right above the unitframes as well.
I moved everything above the edge of my monitor but the damage done thing simply can't be moved...
