Thank you for the update Lightspark. I found that Zperl is causing the problem although I cannot seem to find a fix for it. I asked the author of Zperl about it as well. The only reason I use Zperl is for the UI player frames, party frames, raid frames. **UPDATE** I found a solution which was to simply disable your unit frames....
