I hate to ask this if it's been asked before, but...
Is there a way I can have Livestock use Swift Flight Form if I'm moving when I activate it (in a flying area), but summon a normal mount (like a Proto-drake or whatever I choose) if I'm stationary when I activate it?

It's not GP3 doing that. DK runes aren't supported by GP3 - you'll have to locate the mod that's doing that and talk to...
