for the chat text font, there are different ways to change it, i will show you the ways, but where and in which file, you need to search for yourself ^^
1.
search in the addon lua files for "NAMEPLATE_FONT" and change it to "FONTS\\MORPHEUS.ttf"
2.
create a new line with:
local chat_text_global = "FONTS\\MORPHEUS.ttf"
then...

Honestly I think you wont get much help here when you say you play on a privat server.
In my i case i dont do it.
Solong you play on an official server and you have probs with the RothUI you will get the help you need...even when it need a bit of time b/c it needs to be checked first.

i "modded" the target.lua, made a test and then postet it here.
To change the size of the debuffs timer it only requires OmniCC ^^

This addon is targeting changing the default runes of Blizzard to match Roth UI - Diablo.
When you cant move the bars by using the slash command /diablo unlockbars
then you should check the config.lua of "oUF_Diablo" if
cfg.framesUserplaced = true
is set to true.

On my WoW it was the cause of RW2 ( RaidWatch2 ). After deactivation it was gone. I guess it is comming from the "RaidSpec" Plugin which keeps track of players specc to inform you when ppl respecc.

Well i have a suggestion:
why not cut out the buff/debuff list from the config and place it in a seperate file?
Would keep the config a bit smaller and its easier to add/change the list b/c there is one file to change without scrolling toooo much ^^
