I've updated the Alerts module for the 4.1 PTR, which you can download here. The change allows BB to function both on live and on the PTR, but I don't think it merits it's own release.

The reason I didn't utilize LibSink is that it only lets you specify one output while BigBrother can use multiple outputs depending on what its doing. I did think about just using two sinks, but didn't like how the config would have turned out ;[
