The proc is a buff called Spell Haste with id:33370
The debug showed it is a SPELL_AURA_APPLIED.

The font size doesn't seem to show up correctly after loading the game.
Once you go to the font size configuration using the right click menu the font size automatically resizes to the right one you have set before.
