You can move DejaMinimap and DejaStats now with Shift+Right drag instead of right drag. This makes it so you don't accidentally move the frames.

I cant get it to work

Downloaded
Installed the ICONS folder with all of the .blp files to the Interface folder so i now have and AddOns folder and an ICONS folder.
Start up WoW with default UI and NO addons, all disabled.
I do not see a change, same old ugly round border blizz icons.
What am I doing wrong?
masqeue does not work for me eithe...
