Nothing is difficult (maybe secure header ^^), but it takes time.
So the best is that you edit file at libs/manager/core/TimerUpdaterLib.lua
and check these lines

I need to be sure that the raid buff check is responsible.
You should make bench (with addon / whitout addon difference of fps) (with only non buff totem / with only buff totem difference of fps).
If the problem is not tracked I will not work on it (I could think that problem come from your old computer).

And I do not test candybar since I don't use it atm.
About sizing I should add this functionnality after the possibility to hide a frame (but I never add it to TM2 ^^).

I don't know the version of pre-3.0.0 screenshot but the last TM2 version have 30px button (as new versions).
Maybe you were using an addon which size down button or a very old version where button size were 20px.

ok I've not reproduce this disparition but position validation is bugged.
In this zone the menu is push to the bottom.
Because your very high resolution the bottom is out of screen for you.
So I will desactivate the position validation and I hope this would solve your problem.

This issue never happend to me. The only one difference between 4.1.0 and 4.1.1 is tremor totem duration.
My though is that your using another mods at same time which could hide yours frame.
You should try to remove other mods and track where issue come from.
If you do not use other addon then I will need...
