Could you describe your issue in a little more detail? Are you talking about the "Complaint Registered" message? That automatically happens when someone is reported.

Why would I add something that's already implemented in the game? Turn class colors on. Right click your chat tab and click settings. :)

It's a Blizzard config window so you can open it up by opening the Interface Options and selecting the "AddOns" tab also, if the slash commands don't work.

Since the addon isn't being maintained I suggest you look for a different map addon. There are many map note addons around. Also, BadBoy will probably work fine no matter what is loaded, it's most likely only BadBoy_Levels that's affected by the Map addon.
