Off the top of my head, no. I am aware that CowTip has issues with the tooltip manager when it is in default mode though, so I suspect this is the same issue. I'm just not sure what it is or why. What happens if you use '/nui tooltips fixed' and then use '/nui movers' to move the tooltip anchor to where you want your tooltips display...
