You can add other bars in the interface options. Check Interface > ActionBars. If bar 1 should page to the hidden bar see your keybindings. Set a keybind for actionbar paging and you can switch bar 1 with the hidden one. Keybinds are called "next actionbar" and "previous actionbar"

Read the FAQ about the totembar. @Elardoran You are correct that stuff isN't there because I don't need it. You can check the FAQ for the PVP icon. I think oUF can handle the other icons aswell, but I'm not sure.
