That's because as indicated on the API page (http://wowprogramming.com/docs/api/GetSpellBonusHealing) that function only returns one value, so you don't need to go through the adding the base and positive minus the negative to get the actual value.

Is this in the Death Knight starting area or some other zone that doesn't have a proper entry on the world map? If so, there's nothing that Cartographer can do about it. Also, if LightHeaded is in fact sending the waypoint, you'd want to contact the author of Cartographer to get help with the waypoint being set. I suspect, however...
