BetterSetCursor replaces the Blizzard API function SetCursor. It provides a few advantages over the default API:
- Supports both TGA and BLP textures
- Works with arbitrary texture paths (Blizzard broke this in patch 3.1)
- Allows anchoring from any point on the cursor texture
It does share one limitation with SetCursor - it will only work while the cursor is over a UI frame (i.e., not the 3D world). This is a Blizzard limitation and there is no known workaround.
