    I made this addon for a guildy, is very simple, it just tracks how long you can stay "alive" with spirit of redemption using the "Glyph of Spirit of Redemption".

    The slash commad is:

    /SOR - the frame will become visible and you will be able to drag it around, use it again to lock the frame in place.

    I'm pretty sure the patch that was released today sets the glyph at a determined amount for extending this spell.
