OpenRolls -- Example extensions

A couple example extensions for both OpenRolls and OpenRollWindows. This should be installed in its own folder, not within OpenRolls. Any given file can be removed if you don't want the functionality. Only preliminary testing has been done, but it should illustrate the concepts.
