alDamageMeter is a simple and lightweight damage meter addon.

Something I've been wondering is if theres a way to just let alDamageMeter not reset randomly? I'm not sure when it specifically does it but I have maxfights at 9999 and every once in awhile it will reset.

How exactly does this work?

Great add-on, been using this one for a while and it's proven to be very accurate and efficient.

However I would like to ask a feature: some reports just don't make any sense with all those zero values, like "Dispels" for example:
Dispels:
Player A: 10
Player B: 10
Player C: 7
Player D: 0
Player E: 0
Player F: 0
Player G: 0
Player H: 0
Player I: 0
Player J: 0

So basically all the information you paste in your report past Player C is useless, i.e. we could simply filter those zero-value entries .
The list would look like this:

Dispels:
Player A: 10
Player B: 10
Player C: 7

I absolutely love this, but one thing I would like to see if it doesn't step to far out of the scope of the addon:

When we're raiding, one of the tools I found extremely useful from a previous addon was the tracking of enemy damage taken. IE: Who's dpsing what things and how much. So you could check and see who is actually switching to spikes on morrowgar, who's dpsing valks on LK, etc.

If it's not something you'd like to add to the core addon, I fully understand and am prepared to patch it into a version for myself, but yea, I think quite a few people would/could benefit from such a thing.

Thanks!

Just wanna say thank you for putting this together, it's perfect for my needs! Just tweaked it a little bit to fit my UI (added a "hide when solo" mode and changed the look of the bars a bit) but otherwise it was just what I was looking for!

Just a heads-up: when you enter the game or do a "/reload", the first time you attack something (i.e., do any damage) a message "Interface failed because of an addon" appears on the chat window. After that the message never shows again and the addon works fine but the first time it always pops that message like I mentioned.

Once again, cheers for the awesome work!

Is there anyway to incorporate healing & absorbs into 1 reading instead of two different ones? Or do you have any intention to add this?

I notice on the .lua that in addition to "current" there are total values that are commented out. I tried to activate the scripts and it gave me an error. Which lines would I have to edit to get the total as well?
