Ackis Recipe List

Ackis Recipe List is an AddOn which will scan your trade skill recipes and print out a list of which recipes you are currently missing. It will work for all tradeskills.

Profession AddOns:
Due to the increasing data size and memory usage with each WoW expansion, the professions have been split into their own AddOns; you need only download the ones you'll be using. Each installed and enabled profession AddOn will load whenever it's first accessed by the ARL core.

I realize this is coming almost a year later, but after several iterations of ARL since you stated this, most of them did include updates of most, if not all, of the profession modules as well. I understand why you designed ARL to load modules on demand, but I do not understand why the modules can't all be packaged together when ARL is updated. Even if none of the modules are updated, it's not like it harms anything by having them install again for users who just hit "Yes to All" when prompted to overwrite.

But, if for some inscrutable reason, you decide to keep this format then could you please make sure that WoW Interface's Minion updater recognizes and updates the separate modules (currently it doesn't, just the main ARL addon)?

How would I tell Minion to do that?

I have no idea; I figured since ARL is updated by Minion then you might be familiar with the process. Do the individual modules need to be identified as addons somehow?

I've never actually used Minion, but I would assume so.

I think you'll be hard pressed to find an author who would willingly support WoWMatrix...

I get most of my addons from there actually. For example, _NPCScan, carbonite, altoholic, atlas and DBM, just to name a few of the more popular addons, are all supported by WoWmatrix

. Which makes your statement a bit confusing since you're the author of _NPCScan.

We did not write this AddOn with the intent to make any money from it. It was written help us (and others) with some needs that we saw in-game, and with our goal to make it filled with information it's become a massive project.
