SBF has a maintainer!
I have to say, I am amazed by the number of people who just kept plugging along. It makes me feel bad that I do not have the time to keep working on this myself - you guys are all awesome! The good news is that a new maintainer has been found. Meet father0fnine, who is taking over SBF. I'm sure you'll all show him as much love as you showed me all these years
SBF 3.2 with clickable buffs

Happy new year, folks! I should now (really!) be sleeping in my own bed for more than 2-3 nights at a time for at least a few months
I'll check into that BF setting, thanks! |

I've noticed some hiccups in the timers for totems. They seem to happen randomly. The best way I can describe it is that the timer will drop from say 6 down to 5 then jump back up to 6 again (numbers chosen arbitrarily, it seems to happen with any totems with <1 minute remaining). I notice it most when there are multiple totems under one minute remaining but have noticed it with only magma totem displaying in seconds. I've witnessed it both in and out of combat, solo and in groups/raids. I'm not really sure what causes it, but it only occurs with totem timers. Standard buff/debuff displays are normal.
I'm using Blizzard Style II with 'Show 1/10 seconds' checked. SBF version 3.1.20 |

Hi. Well, I'm having some minor issues with this lovely addon.
First, my target's target's debuff sometime does not dissapear when I deselect the target. Meaning that my target's target frame is gone, but no it's debuff's frame (not using buffs for that frame). Second, a weird thing that happened me a few days ago (actual version os SBF and wow 3.3), is that the player's Buff frame was showing buffs and debuff together (was configured to only show buffs) and the player's debuff frame did not show anything. Those were configured almost at default, changed only the rows. And those cannot be deleted because are the default frames, so I have to change them to show buffs and debuffs for the 40 raid member, so they won't appear anytime soon. As I said, those are just minor issues, I really love this addon |

Hm, possibly. SBF currently monitors the combat log for ENCHANT_APPLIED and ENCHANT_REMOVED events, which you would think should cover it. Since SBF already monitors UNIT_INVENTORY_CHANGED for other reasons, it's definitely worth looking at for sure, thanks!

May I suggest an enchancement that would be very helpful in setting up the addon?
Can you please add one more "copy" option? Namely, "copy layout from". I'm using same layout for all my characters, but being different classes, they are using different buffs to monitor in diferent frames. Also, it would be helpful, if we could be able to exclude auras went to some other frame. Without chaining, just something like Frame1: buff1, buff2 Frame2: buff3, buff4 Frame3: ~Frame1, ~Frame2 But not Frame1: buff1, buff2 Frame2: ~Frame1 Frame3: ~Frame2 (That would be a bad headache to code and prevent possible circular references)

Copy layout is on the list for 3.2 - I may have forgot to include it on the dev list though
Nice idea on the frame level filters.

However, I haven't digged code and not saw how you are managing buff sorting internally, and it may be just what you did yourself... Let's say, we have a table of filters, and other table as cache. filterTable = { frame1 = { filter1, ... }, ... } cacheTable = { spellName = frameName, ... } Now, every new buff/debuff would be first checked against cache, and then passed to filters. if nil == cacheTable[spellName] then ...loop though filters... else ...just put spell into right place At least, it would speed up the name filters. |

SBF has nothing to do with the buff durations in tooltips.

How do I make just my rogue weapon effects (the poisons) filter/display on a custom bar?
Update: I think I figured it out
