AutoSpit
This addon will make you automatically spit on anyone in the enemy faction who dies in your vicinity. In a battleground this will turn you into a spitting machine gun.
This was made for WoW classic, but it should work for retail too.
Type "/autospit" to see how many people you've spat on.
