TipTop Classic 

Without getting too off-topic here, I think it would be really great if you uploaded that as a Fan Fix / Fan Edit to either Github, Curseforge, Wowinterface - and/or all of the above just for convenience sake! Would be interested in trying it out myself, and having a place to direct people that also might be interested in it.

TipTop -- I've finally managed to get it to work, albeit not quite as well as TipTac, but unlike TipTac I get to finally hide those pesky slowly-fading world tooltips.

- A bizarre function of this addon, with no others running... I set solid background, color r g b 30 30 30 (dark grey)

Once, on the first time the tooltip is drawn per UI reload, it looks correct. Thereafter it appears washed out. Light grey. Target's not tapped or any such thing.

- One thing TipTac has, is I can mouse over an enemy and see the names of everyone in the raid targeting it. I hope this AddOn can do the same.

- The functionality for seeing Guild Ranks seems to do nothing.

- There's not an option to hide the raid icon. I'll need to get into a raid to see what it looks like and if I can hide it if I end up hating it.

- Unlike TipTac there's no check box to hide the PvP text (and subsequently remove empty lines)

- No Class colored names IN tooltips, nor coloured level text based on difficulty

Yeah I managed to get this to work by actually downloading a really outdated addon that still works called ToolTipOnMouse

There, I updated the .toc to classic. I also removed something that was causing a .lua error.
The rest works fine. Simply check the two boxes in the interface settings screen for TooltipOnMouse: Anchor to Cursor, and Adjust Tooltip Position. You can then manually enter X and Y axis to suit your taste.

!!! NOTE that using ToolTipOnMouse ONLY WORKS if you run TipTop at Scale 1.0 -- Changing the scale messes it up !!! If you want to resize the tooltip you'll have to manually change the sizes of fonts, icons etc.

Is it possible to offset the Tooltip off of the cursor? For example instead of being directly on the cursor, I'd like it if it was slightly above and to the right (possibly by giving it the amount of pixels, negative or positive of how many off it should be off for the Mouse cursor location?)

Is it possible to include Guild in the Tooltip? I don't see an option, if there is please let me know - otherwise consider this a feature request. Thank you so much for the cool addon!

You didn't ask for my permission for this version of TipTop... I'll leave it here for now, since I had no knowledge of it and no one notified me of its existence and it's been a few months... But as soon as my version is uploaded, this will be removed.

I sincerely hope you have permission from the other authors or that their licenses permit your uploads.

Is it possible to somehow add the Tooltip in different ways to the Mousecursor?

The default options seems to be that the Cursor is on the Bottom-Center of the Tooltip.
I would like to have the Mousecursor on the Top-Left of the Tooltip for example.
