oTooltip

This is not an addon!

To install you must put the Tooltips (which is empty) folder in

C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface

1. Go into the Background folder inside oTooltips
2. Pick the color folder you would like to show on your tooltip
3. copy the .blp file inside the color folder into C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\Tooltips
4. Go back to the oTooltip folder and then go inside BorderColors
5. Find a color folder you would like to show on your tooltip
6. Copy the .blp file inside the color folder into C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\Tooltips
7. If you have WoW on, then type /reload

Some of these however will not work, so just restart WoW.
And if that doesn't work then try a different combination. I've tested out most of them, and they worked.
