ThuBzBlizzUI  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: 2.7a
by: Thubz [More]

Greetings,

This Mod is a re-texture of the default blizzardUI. It isn't done yet, but I work on it whenever i have time.
Some of the textures may look unfinished and some I have yet to start working on.

Most of these files do not go in the "Addons" folder but in your "Interface" folder instead!
It will be loaded when you start up the game and will not cause any lag or errors.
To move the Stance bar - ShiftKey + AltKey + Leftclick
Feel free to leave any comments, positive or negative!

Recommended Addons:
TipTac or TinyTooltip
Clean Icons
WeakAuras 2

To install simply copy all the files into your "Interface" folder, remember, not in Addons!
To uninstall, simply remove the files from the "Interface" folder.
As for the Fonts, simply throw them in your "WorldofWarcraft" file!
For "ThuBzDamageFont", "ThubzClassPortraits" and "nMainbar", just add those to the "Addons" folder.

• Version 2.7a A quick update for Shadowlands, it works but misses files for now update will come as soon as i can

• Version 2.6a Patch 8.2.5 Support.

• Version 2.6 Fixed the status bar for BG's.

• Version 2.5a Patch 8.2 support.

• Version 2.5 Changed the Holypower bar for paladins and removed alot of files that didn't belong in my UI.

Keith (For fixing all my english errors!)
Neal and Ballagarba (For nMainbar)

Optional Files (0)

Hey!
Thanks, the transmog is the set from ToV Raid, believe this is the normal or heroic color altho the eyepatch is "Eye of Rend" its removed but there some look a likes for that cuz the normal helmet looks really bad.

Here is a link to the set: http://www.wowhead.com/item=143510/e...he-chosen-dead

oh jeah i like it! thanks a bunch!
before i uses daftframehue for coloring (with nmainbar) but i really like your work behind! (to be honest, im using the default combos hehe)

btw is it possible to change nmainbar´s left+right-background (the figures) to yours by replacing them? whats the name of the files?

Hey,

You mean the Gryphons i assume? to find those go this this path

C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\Interface\MAINMENUBAR

There are 2 files for the gryphons,

1. UI-MainMenuBar-EndCap-Dwarf.blp (gryphon)
2. UI-MainMenuBar-EndCap-Human.blp (lion)

to open and edit them you just need to convert them to a png file so you can edit them and then convert em back to .blp and trow em back in the mainbar folder when your done.
if i did miss understood your question let me know.

Havefun and goodluck
thnx for the postive feedback

hi thubz!
thank you for the info, nice to know where your files are located i wanted to use your gryphons instead of the standard-ones from nmainbar (i have been usig it a while now) and my button settings are cool at the moment, so my idea was to simply replace them but i think your nmainbar-addon is embedded or something right?
man you are welcome, i love your release

Not 100% sure if i understand it correct (Q: but i think your nmainbar-addon is embedded or something right?) but only the menu icon i did alter is in the addon itself, rest is all coming from interface folders.

if i did get the question wrong feel free to let me know!

at first, i have to say sorry for my english and thank you for answering again
okay, the thing is, that i am using your files but the gyphons from the actionbar (left+right) did not become darker like yours. they did not change. so my question was, if your included version of nmainbar is a tweaked one but you only have altered the menu icon....so im searching the reason for having the "old" grpyhons atm

in that case make sure u did place them on right location and the file has to be a .blp
  • Save the "MAINMENUBAR" folder in Interface (UI-MainMenuBar-EndCap-Dwarf.blp UI-MainMenuBar-EndCap-Human.blp)
  • Make sure the files are saved as .blp
  • When u resize the file itself it sometimes cause problems aswell

Basicly u could remove any of the folders/textures i created and only leave the MAINMENUBAR folder wit h the 2 .blp's for the gryphons.
Aslong there saved as .blp and are saved in your worldofwarcraft/interface/mainmenubar folder it should work.

P.S. Do not alter the names of the folders and texture files because that could also be a reason it might not work

hehe ok, before you think that im crazy....i did not modify your files i copied your files into "interface" and all works nice, but the 2 grpyhons did not change. so i think the original nmbainbar-addon which i am currently using (not yours) could be the reason for not changing the gryphons into your dark ones.

this is what i meant before
i am really sorry for any inconvenience!
