Additional action bar on right side of screen.
When addon loaded you will not see empty boottons. So new addon user may will be confused "Where promised additional bar?". Try to drag with mouse any spell or macro, and you will see it.

I not addjusted opened bags default apear position, because i personaly use bags addon, that combine all bags into one, and its have his own window anchor. But if you so badly need change opened bags position, it can be easy done using "MoveAnything" addon.
This addon dont have options menu. It just is ready to use and do its simple purpose. If you need to hide macro and keybindings text on boottons edit b8ui.lua file in addon directory where i left code to do it.
