7.2.0 Artifact items update

Hi, similarly to totofeo, I made an update of my item.lua file to include new 7.2 Artifact Power items.

Please follow his instructions, but use this pastebin instead : https://pastebin.com/PTRwsxt3

I still use the addon, not sure if any other addon out there does this but i went ahead and updated the table myself if any1 else wants to do the same here is the update http://pastebin.com/vf4yFvry , edit items.lua (interface/AddOns/PowerHungry) with notepad++ and paste the bin, also you can edit PowerHungry.toc to not show out of date by changing the "## Interface: 70000##" line to 70100.

Also, you can edit the "interface number" to 70200 instead of 70100.

Please note that I didn't have the courage to add the numbers of the base version of each item.
