Hey everyone,

I've updated OpenRDX. I've removed the 7.4.x downloads and updated the addon to 7.3.3. This version is fully functional with Wrath of the Lich King version 3.3. Enjoy, and sorry about all of this!

Thanks,
-Cidan

i don't know, i kinda liked the new version. besides the bar which i can get over, i noticed a few other things happening on my action bars i not seen in the past.
I did not necessarily like losing the blue bar on top of my raid frames that made it easy to drag the unit frames, i had to unlock my desktop each time.

I think a compromise would be to support the old RDX UI bar, and make the new bar optional.

I think i might stay with the beta version for a little longer, are there plans to move in that direction?

Yes; the intent is to move to 7.4 eventually, just not until it's out of beta. It was never anyone's intent to put out a version that is broken and is missing critical features. We will make sure to put out an improved 7.4 when it's done.

Posted but no answer over in the graphics are for RDX

I posted this after loading the Novo UI and OOBE Lyn UI for RDX. I cannot seem to get either to work at all. When I load them I get a blank screen. Explanation to follow (this is a repost of what I posted over there).

Been trying this for 2 days now and am completely frustrated. I have downloaded RDX and the media packs and then some and cannot get this to work even after loading and reloading the UI. I keep getting an error message that might or might not have something to do with it.

Well, there could be multiple reasons this is happening. However when you go into the 'window explorer', and you check out the contents of the UI packages you are trying to use, are any of them red (or yellow, or whatever color error'ed objects are) ? I would be willing to bet the UI's you are using were never updated to work with the latest versions.

I appreciate the feedback i did finally figure it out but after I did I am unsure I want to continue using them. I cannot for some reason put buttons in the actionbars to watch my cooldowns. Easy fix would be a cooldown monitor but this is kind of the reason I wanted to use this particular UI. I figure the less mods I use the better off I am. Anyhow thanks again.

I haven't had time to create any action bars as of late. I will make an attempt to tomorrow.

Are there any more active forums or examples other than the openrdx forums? Seems no one has posted there in quite some time.

Thanks

Suggeston:

I am surprised this was missed but... why are there no actual screenshots of what this does?

Sure there is a description and I can read it, but screenshots help me see what it does, and from after reading the comments I have come to the conclusion this is a visual change in the user interface. So I think it's safe to say that it needs screenshots if you want it to get the right amount of exposure, or even more.
