IDCard is a simple addon to show item, spell and achievement icons next to the tooltip.

You can left-click and drag the icon to move the entire tooltip. Also, you can shift-click the icon to link the item in Chat, or control-click the icon to try on that item. With an achievement icon, control-clicking opens the achievement frame to that achievement.

Note to addon authors:
IDCard has the ability to support an arbitrary number of tooltips. To add auto-support to your addon's tooltip, just call IDCard:RegisterTooltip(tooltip) passing it your tooltip object.

Make sure you have the Load Out of Date Addons check box checked on the addons screen. IDCard hasn't needed an update in a long while.

Erm... Where? I don't see any posted. Also, are you using 1.3b? There were some really odd bugs in my initial release of 1.3 caused by me accidentally commenting out the wrong block of code.

The Ctrl+Click functionality is the icing on the cake though and it was instrumental lately (rummaging through guildspam links) in helping me find a weapon to prove something to a friend; that almost everything the Draenei build has a HUD on it. Be it a wall, a table, a totem or a sword.

(just kidding) I haven't used a comparison addon since Paladins could exorcise the Forsaken so I never really had issues... (and back then, the comparison tips were usually on the right). I suppose if there is enough demand for wanting the icon somewhere else, I can add a few options, but the reason it's so tiny atm (48 lines total) is that it has no options.
