UPDATE: MooseBuffs2 beta has been released. See the Optional Files tab.
MooseBuffs is a buff and debuff display for unit frames. What makes it unique? Debuffs/buffs with the same name are combined into a single icon with a numeric representation of the quantity of said debuff/buff. For buffs which can stack (ie: Lifebloom) they too will be combined; dual 3-stacks of Lifebloom will be shown as a single Lifebloom icon with a 6 on it.
This addon is help to save space on the screen given the number of debuffs on a raid boss.
There is no configuration due to the infrequency at which the settings need to be changed. All settings are in each .lua file. The options are:
- anchorFrom - the point on the first buff icon which should attach to refFrame
- anchorTo - the point on refFrame that the MooseBuff frame should attach
- tipAnchor - the anchor of the tooltip (should not be changed, typically)
- anchorSpaceX - horizontal padding between refFrame and the MooseBuff frame
- anchorSpaceY - vertical padding between refFrame and the MooseBuff frame
- fillDir - direction that a new row should be placed after the original one (up or down)
- maxRowCount - icon column count before a new row is formed
- scale - scale of the icons, from 0->1
- padding - padding between each icon (Vertical and horizontal)
- refFrame - the frame name as a string to which the MooseBuff frame should attach
TargetBuff and TargetDebuff frames will function as done for Perl Classic Unit Frames; They swap positions depending on the hostility of the target.
The icon border was provided to me through WoWAce IRC; I cannot recall who did so. If someone recognizes it please notify me so I can give credit to whom it is due.
