INTRO
Hi there. This is my Diablo themed interface for World of Warcraft, called Roth UI. Enjoy.
Since more and more leaked downloads of my interface appear on the internet, please remember: There is only one official download of the Roth UI. And that is this one, on wowinterface.com. All other downloads available are leaked and are not officially supported by me.
Only this one is ZORKIFIED!
INSTALLATION GUIDE
If you are a first time Roth UI user you may want to check the tutorial video from Tachi showing the installation process.
How To Install and Configure Roth UI
  1. Open your World of Warcraft folder.
  2. Backup your "Interface" folder. (Copy it somewhere save!)
  3. Now: Delete the "Interface" folder inside your World of Warcraft folder.
  4. Download Roth UI and save the ZIP-file to your Desktop.
  5. The ZIP-file includes a "Interface" and a "Fonts" folder. Copy both folders into your World of Warcraft folder.
  6. Start World of Warcraft. (If you had it open while copying, restart it now to load the textures.)
  7. Before logging in make sure all the addons are activated correctly.
  8. Login and have fun playing!

FAQ - PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING!
  1. Do not use any auto updater for addons in this compilation, they can mess stuff up.
  2. If you don't like the scaling or something doesn't fit, hit the escape-key while in-game and go to the graphic settings. Now activate the UI-scaling checkbox and move the slider. Hit OK and see what you got. Move it until you like the settings.
    Same goes for the chat. If it doesn't fit just right-click the chat-tab. Unlock the chat and move it around until you feel comfortable.
  3. Only want to change the scale of the bottom bar panel and the actionbars? Read this FAQ
  4. How to change / disable the fluid orb animation system? Type in /diablo config
  5. How to move frames??? Read this FAQ
  6. Colors inverted?! Read this FAQ
  7. Want to edit the actionbars? Look at rActionBarStyler/config.lua and read the info page.

ORB CONFIG
When patch 5.2 hit the live servers a new version of oUF_Diablo was applied. Large parts of oUF_Diablo got rewritten, that includes large parts of the config.lua containing the orb animation settings. Most of those settings can then be changed via ingame config. The config can be accessed via

/diablo config

CLASS BAR PREVIEW
ORB ANIMATION SYSTEM

Jau, also die Blizzard Inspect UI hat wohl Probleme wenn man das zu oft nutzt mit mehreren Addons.

Overview

The Blizzard API for performing character inspection has fatal design flaws (namely, it's stateful yet client-oblivious). All UI elements that perform character inspection, from the Blizzard inspect frame to many addons that perform hidden inspects for various purposes, are forced to use this same API and frequently step all over each other while doing so. What this means for the end user is the more addons you install (especially raid/party/character related addons) the less stable the Blizzard inspect UI becomes. Common failures include the inspect window suddenly and inexplicably changing to show incorrect gear or talents, tooltips that suddenly stop working, or lua errors regarding the Blizzard_InspectUI.

InspectFix restores the stability of the Blizzard inspect UI. It does this primarily by blocking all hidden inspect requests from any addons while the user has the inspect UI open. It also provides workarounds for several common lua errors involving the inspect frame.

Kein Plan was das bei mir auslöst, Arena Addon vllt. sonst müssten das ja mehr Leute haben das Problem. Wobei ich habe auch Teckability drauf, dass macht im Char Schirm bei jedem Equip die % anzeige mit rein.

Thanks for the great UI, I'm looking forward to the next update!

There's one thing I wanted to bring to your attention if you don't already know this. On the Atramedes fight in Blackwing Descent (the blind dragon) the sound meter that the fight spawns goes directly on top of the target's frame. Now I don't know if it's just me being stupid and not figuring out a way to move it, but I thought I'd bring this to your attention either way.

First off: I just wanna say this is one of the most visually appealing UIs I have ever seen. I've been using it ever since i found out about it and i plan to use it a lot longer.

Having said that, can anyone here recommend a nameplate-addon that suits the visuals of this UI. It's not that I don't like the original ones but I just find them a bit cluttered and it's hard to tell friend from foe when I'm using them in the arena.

This addon pack and configuration are perfect , you saved me lots and lots of time .

My question is , every time I get a killing blow an announcer voice is heard from unreal tournament . I would love to turn volum up because is too quiet but canno't find a way to do it.

No clue. Maybe some sound settings in WoW. It is part of evl_CombatText.

yeah you can do that. but you need to hack my code of bar 1, 2 and 3 in rActionBarStyler.

Yes it can be done. To save you some trouble, I have done it before.
Adding more Bar Formats
1. Open Interface\AddOns\rActionBarStyler\bars Folder
2. Open one of the bar.lua (I'll use bar2.lua)
I recommend using Notepad ++ to open them
3. Search for

May not be the best way to do it but it works. I had to check i at each place to make the bars appear correctly.

5. Once the bar.lua is setup.
6. Open Interface\AddOns\rActionBarStyler Folder
7. Open config.lua
8. Find the bar number you have changed. ( I changed bar2 so I am looking for bar2 )

Pet Bar

I am having a weird problem, my pet bar works fine on my DK. I started up a Warlock alt and I cannot get the pet bar to come up. Is there any reason for that?

Problem with Ui

Greetings Gents,

I have a small problem with this amazing UI. As you can see there are two orb on each side with the two that are the units frames. They are empty. I would like them to go away

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Believe it or not but Blizzard added Pets at level one but forgot to change the scripts to make the petbar appear before level 10.
So level to 10 and the petbar will be available. Send Blizzard a mail maybe they hear you.
