Hi there. This is my Diablo themed interface for World of Warcraft, called Roth UI. Enjoy.
Since more and more leaked downloads of my interface appear on the internet, please remember: There is only one official download of the Roth UI. And that is this one, on wowinterface.com. All other downloads available are leaked and are not officially supported by me.

ORB CONFIGWhen patch 5.2 hit the live servers a new version of oUF_Diablo was applied. Large parts of oUF_Diablo got rewritten, that includes large parts of the config.lua containing the orb animation settings. Most of those settings can then be changed via ingame config. The config can be accessed via

Hey Zork, first thanks for this great UI !
I have set up everything and it looks awesome now. But I have one question! Can it be done ? I want to use orbs for targets as well. I'll have my orbs on the left side (demon art) and target orbs on the (angel art) side Thanks alot man! Uploaded with ImageShack.us |

I already tried creating animations on my own but that runs you into trouble. I try to explain why.
There are two main possibilities for animations. You can use preset animation models or you can use textures. MODELS Animation models are fluid and easy to implement. But animation files have preset colors and cannot recolored. And the major issue is that you need to find a matching animation that can be called ingame. I wrote my ingame modelviewer only for that purpose. http://www.wowinterface.com/download...delViewer.htmlTEXTURES The next possibility can be split into two parts. But both will make use of textures. A) You can use just one simple orb texture and use the WoW API animation system to rotate that texture infinitely. The good thing is you can color the texture and you can adjust the speed of the rotation. But it is limited. You can only make a texture rotate clock- or counterclockwise. That's it. Nevertheless if you overlay some textures with BlendMode activated it can look pretty decent. I did this with the rotating galaxies. http://www.wowinterface.com/download...meRotater.html Since WoW does the texture rotation for you all looks of the texture are rendered live and you don't have to prerender them.B) You can use a huuuuuge texture that consists of a huge number of subtextures, all showing the orbtexture just slightly adjust. You can basically think of this as a "Daumenkino" (http://www.linf.fu-berlin.de/mug_pro...aufen-%201.jpg). Each subtexture differs slightly and you have to use an OnUpdate script that will change the SetTexCoord of the orb texture showing the right subtexture at the right time. This will bring you the illusion of an animation. I used this technique in my very first versions of Roth UI. I called it Disco: http://www.wowinterface.com/download...07-Disco2.htmlNow I can answer your question. The only way to do it would be TEXTURES B. But only if you can get enough subtextures for each animation. And there is no way of getting them without the original animation file. But maybe Blizzard ports the Diablo 3 animation models to WoW? This file has 68 frames and runs at 12.5 frames per second (upate every 0.08 seconds) You could actually use this GIF and extract the animation of it. The overlaying angel is not a problem because you will overlay it with a texture yourself. If you set the color to greyscale you can even recolor the orb in the game. With a little bit of Photoshop you get to this: With the GifFrameExtractor you can extract all 68 frames. http://www.evanolds.com/ Put them into a TGA of 2048x1024px and you are set to go.

Du kannst die Position für Party und Raid in oUF_Diablo/config.lua festlegen. Dafür die Werte von "pos" ändern.

Well yeah but you will never get combo points from vehicles by then.
Maybe you can try this one again: lua Code:

I tried your fix, and it got me half-way there. The combo-points-bar would now show up when I got in a vehicle and targeted a creature, but the bar would not fill up, even though I was generating combo-points (the bar would just remain grey).
I tried to replace the 3rd line in your fix from: Code:
cp = GetComboPoints("vehicle") Code:
cp = GetComboPoints("player") |

Oh yeah the rogue vehicle bug.
That one is really tricky. I forgot to fix it. But here is the solution. Open oUF_Diablo/units/target.lua and go to line 218. Change the cp- condition to: lua Code:
Currently in Vehicle the combopoints of the vehicle are tracked only. But sometimes the player combo bar persists in a vehicle and the vehicle has no combo bar itself. The added condition will fix that. Not sure if the unit=pet condition has to be touched aswell. I would say no.

Heya Zork.
Is it possible to have the combo-points-bar be visible while in a vehicle ? I've come across a few quests, on my rogue, where I would have to fight mobs while in a vehicle, but the combo-points-bar would dissappear as soon as I entered the vehicle. I looked around in your ouf_Diablo code, and think I might have found the place to tweak this. This is from the ouf_Diablo\units\target.lua file: Code:
--update combo local function updateCombo(self, event, unit) if unit == "pet" then return end local bar = self.ComboBar local cp if(UnitExists("vehicle")) then cp = GetComboPoints("vehicle") else cp = GetComboPoints("player") end if cp < 1 then bar:Hide() else bar:Show() end for i=1, MAX_COMBO_POINTS do local adjust = cp/MAX_COMBO_POINTS if(i <= cp) then if adjust == 1 then bar.filling[i]:SetVertexColor(60/255,220/255,20/255,1) bar.glow[i]:SetVertexColor(60/255,220/255,20/255,1) else bar.filling[i]:SetVertexColor(bar.color.r,bar.color.g,bar.color.b,1) bar.glow[i]:SetVertexColor(bar.color.r,bar.color.g,bar.color.b,1) end bar.filling[i]:Show() bar.glow[i]:Show() else bar.filling[i]:Hide() bar.glow[i]:Hide() end end end Code:
if unit == "pet" then return end If you're wondering why I haven't simply tried the above mentioned tweak, it's because it's rather hard to find quests where you are seated in a vehicle while fighting. The only repeatable situation I can think of would be the boss "Earthrager Ptah" in Halls of Origination, where you can mount camels while fighting him. Unfortunately, my rogue's level isn't high enough for that fight |

Re: Portrait
You can activate the player and target portrait in the oUF_Diablo/config.lua.
You can move the portraits ingame via /diablo unlockart slash command.

Portrait
Great add on Zork. I'm sure this has been asked a million times, but I can't seem to find it. Is there a way to make it so your character portrait is always showing instead of just the health bar? Same with enemy, target, etc.
Thanks!
