Dominos is an action bar addon intended to do the following:

Reuse as much standard blizzard action button code as possible.
Contain a relatively minimal feature set
Be easy to use
Be stable

It includes the following features:

10 action bars, pet, class, menu, and bag bars. Each one has customizable settings for padding, spacing, columns, scale, and opacity.
A movable experience/reputation bar.
Customizable paging. You can switch pages on: action bar pages, modifier keys, forms, and targeting.
Customizable show states. You can tell your bar under which macro options to show, and at what opacity.
Fading bars. You can set your bars to fade out to a certain opacity when not moused over.
The ability to customize showing empty buttons or not
Masque support
LibKeyBound support
Sticky frames (FlyPaper)
The ability to move buttons in combat
A movable casting bar (optional)
Configurable right click targeting
Configurable self cast key settings
Configurable Possess/Override/Vehicle Bar support

...and will probably not end up with the following:

A stats bar
A minimap bar
True variable length bars

Here's how you use it:

To see the current list of slash commands, type /dom ? or /dominos ?
To open up the options menu, either go into interface options, or type /dom
To move bars around, either go into the options menu and press the "Enter Config Mode" button, or type /dom lock
To bind keys, enter binding mode via /kb or /keybound, or press the "Enter Binding Mode" button in the options menu.
Hold down alt while moving a bar to disable sticky bars

...and this is why I wrote it:

I have significantly less time to code now than I did previously. Dominos is intended to be easier to maintain.
I wanted to see how much I could do while maintaining compatibility with the standard action button code.
I'm not entirely happy with the direction I took with Bongos3. I added features that I do not see myself using personally, and thus feel that those features will be neglected and bug ridden.

You can use the following to add extra functionality:

tullaRange - Colors action buttons red when out of range
OmniCC - Adds cooldown count text
Masque - Allows you to change the look of buttons
AdiButtonAuras - Adds buff and debuff highlighting + duration text

(i used Spellbinder before, but it's broken today, and seem not maintained anymore). Edit : spellbinder is back I read all the wiki, but don't find anything related. I play a Warlock, and if I target an enemy player or mob and another Warlock has the mob debuffed, my action bar highlights my spells as if I was the one who cast it. Not sure what changed in WoW 3.0.2, but it never used to do that before the patch.

I've not been able to reproduce the "I cannot access the config stuff" issues. Make sure Dominos_Config is enabled in the addons menu. It will display red, since its a load on demand addon, and there's a bug with 3.0.2, but it will work fine.

Technically, the keys are still bound to 1-=, you need to unbind them via the keybindings menu (escape, keybindings). It both is an is not a bug

I have the basic setup in Dominos for a class that doesn't require specific paging (Shaman), but stuck a few pages on bar one for folks who might want them. Will a Druid who loads that profile still page to a different bar when he goes bear/cat/caster)? Bottom line is, I'm trying to create one profile that can support all classes needs while still offering a few pages to those who don't have auto-paging requirements. My problem is I don't have a character of every class to test all these stances/forms on :P Thanks.

My mistake. It's an issue caused by Detached Minimap buttons, whether using Domios or the default Blizzard actionbars.
