Dominos is an action bar addon intended to do the following:

Reuse as much standard blizzard action button code as possible.
Contain a relatively minimal feature set
Be easy to use
Be stable

It includes the following features:

10 action bars, pet, class, menu, and bag bars. Each one has customizable settings for padding, spacing, columns, scale, and opacity.
A movable experience/reputation bar.
Customizable paging. You can switch pages on: action bar pages, modifier keys, forms, and targeting.
Customizable show states. You can tell your bar under which macro options to show, and at what opacity.
Fading bars. You can set your bars to fade out to a certain opacity when not moused over.
The ability to customize showing empty buttons or not
Masque support
LibKeyBound support
Sticky frames (FlyPaper)
The ability to move buttons in combat
A movable casting bar (optional)
Configurable right click targeting
Configurable self cast key settings
Configurable Possess/Override/Vehicle Bar support

...and will probably not end up with the following:

A stats bar
A minimap bar
True variable length bars

Here's how you use it:

To see the current list of slash commands, type /dom ? or /dominos ?
To open up the options menu, either go into interface options, or type /dom
To move bars around, either go into the options menu and press the "Enter Config Mode" button, or type /dom lock
To bind keys, enter binding mode via /kb or /keybound, or press the "Enter Binding Mode" button in the options menu.
Hold down alt while moving a bar to disable sticky bars

...and this is why I wrote it:

I have significantly less time to code now than I did previously. Dominos is intended to be easier to maintain.
I wanted to see how much I could do while maintaining compatibility with the standard action button code.
I'm not entirely happy with the direction I took with Bongos3. I added features that I do not see myself using personally, and thus feel that those features will be neglected and bug ridden.

You can use the following to add extra functionality:

tullaRange - Colors action buttons red when out of range
OmniCC - Adds cooldown count text
Masque - Allows you to change the look of buttons
AdiButtonAuras - Adds buff and debuff highlighting + duration text

If you press shift + 1, then you're on the state [bar:1]
if you press shift + 2, then you're on the state [bar:2], and no longer on [bar:1].

Now the reason you're probably noticing this now, is that I fixed a few bugs related to the extra multi action bars being checked. When those bars were checked, the total number of pages was reduced. Now, Dominos always has the full 6 pages.

I've tried unfortunately (though I have the no-stance issue sometimes as well)

I switch stances fine but nothing will ever show up

Edit: For example I just now zoned in to AV, and my hotbar disappeared! Mousing over where the buttons SHOULD be displays the tooltip, I can use them fine, but I can't SEE the button

Not sure if you are saying does or doesn't, but if it doesn't, it's probably because you don't have a bar set as your "possess bar" or it's set to a bar that you have hidden. To set this open up the control panel and chose which action bar you want to be your possess bar. You can see the numbers on the action bars if you chose Configure Bars.

It's really nice as a lock to see how long your cooldowns will be active on your target for, just by glancing at your bars. OmniCC doesn't display these, unfortunately.

My only problem is that when in a group and a BOE/BOP item is looted I do not get the option to need/greed/pass. It is definately Domino as I deactivated it relogged and I was able to roll. Now, I have to press the "next action bar" keybind 5 times to get that second bar to display, then a sixth time to go back to the first bar for a totaly of six keybind clicks to cycle between just two bars. If that functionality is still present, I apologize for not being able to figure it out and would welcome any advice.

Notice: the latest version cannot work on cwow2.4.3

Truth, any major version of Dominos since 1.5.x is WoW 3.0 only.

If an ability like a Paladin judgement isn't active and a possible target is out of range, the keymap number will be drawn in red but not the whole frame if using Redrange. I don't know wheter the Dominos coloring is the way of the Standard UI and the inconsistency is on the side of Redrange or Dominos.

RedRange performs a check to see if a spell has range, then it does a check to see if a spell is in range. The blizzard code for coloring hotkey text (which dominos uses) does a check to see if a spell is in range or not, regardless of it having a limited range or not. That's where the inconsistency comes from.

We are limited to a certain amount of buttons

Since other people have covered the other points already: This one is on Blizzard's end. If you look at the stock interface, the pet bar only has 10 buttons there, too. You did lead to me adding a bit of code into Dominos just now to make sure that if Blizzard does decide to add more buttons to the pet bar, the Dominos pet bar will automatically adjust.

You should probably sugguest to the author of RedRange or similar addons for a way to customize the colors, short of editing the code, which works. An optional range module for Dominos, however, would be a nice addition.
