Dailies Quest Tracker

This is a Broker Dailies Quest Tracker Addon, that will keep track of the dailies that you have done for the day. All libraries are included. You will need to have some sort of Broker container in order to use this addon. (I.E. Fortress, DockingStation, NinjaPanel, etc..)

Shift-Left-Clicking on a quest title, will paste the quest link in the chat-box.
Control-Left-Clicking a quest title will open that quest within the Quest Log. This will only work if you currently have the quest.
Left-Clicking the Broker icon will open your Quest Log.
Right-Clicking the Broker icon will open the settings for Dailies Quest Tracker.
You can track multiple toons (Horde/Alliance) to keep track of dailies done on all of them. Right now, if you have characters with the same names on different realms, issues may arise with tracking.
Filter out groups you have no interest in watching.
Shows reputation from factions and will color the faction based on your current standings. You can also display your current standings in the group headers.
If you have any announcement addons (Scrolling Combat Text, Blizzard UI, Parrot) you can have it announce to those scrollers.

Fixed Daily Timer not showing if resetting less than a hour
Fixed Battleground Holidays not showing
Fixed some graphical glitches
Added Hodir Badges to 5-Player Normal dailies
Added 'Identifying the Remains' daily to Argent Tournament and corrected the total counts

** BUGS/ISSUE First remedy **
PLEASE delete DailiesQuestTracker saved variables first if you are running into errors. ALOT has changed and you have been forewarned.

Localizations are in the works and will happen, but as of right now this version will only work on ENGLISH clients.

Tenz A Kobold Labourer Forum posts: 0 File comments: 6 Uploads: 0	Would it be possible to change adding TomTom waypoints to use TomTom:AddZWaypoint in order to pass the continent and zone information of the quest POIs to TomTom? At the moment you can't set TomTom waypoints for DQT POIs outside of the zone you're currently in.

It will cause me to have lots and lots of C stack overflow errors. I did the old disable addons one by one until I could determine which was the offending addon and it turned out to be DQT. What can I do to help you fix the issue? Need a Bugsack cut and paste?

Say, I'm in Dalaran and I want to go to do the quest at Steel Gate in Howling Fjord, for example, and I'm going to use my flying mount to get there.

It'd be nice to be able to click the POI in Howling Fjord and get a waypoint before I set off, so the waypoint arrow in TomTom is pointing to Steel Gate while I'm flying across Crystalsong Forest, Dragonblight & Grizzly Hills.

Err, okay.. I won't question it.

I'll add it to my todo list as getting Horde upto date is my first priority before doing a complete overhaul of DQT.

I have this updated to work in 3.1 on my local copy, it also has the Broker support added (although abit touchy, as it still has FuBar support until I remove it later on). I'll be uploaded it later today.

I'm gonna hold off on doing the revamp until everything is sound, so people will still be able to use DQT to it's fullest and I'll be busy recoding then.

I just downloaded and installed latest Beta here. No errors so far. Looking through the list I see the cooking and fishing dailies are not listed and no mention about their absence so wondering if this is oversight or some such. Kepp plugging in there Fritos, glad to see ya plugging away.

I have them, just didn't release them yet. Just wanted to get this out so people can still at least use it.

Just updating some changes to the quests that went live, as the realms have been pretty much unstable atm it's been hard for me to stay online for 5 mins at a time. I'll get them out ASAP.

Fritos A Murloc Raider Forum posts: 4 File comments: 149 Uploads: 2	I need to make a FAQ, cause apparently some can't read previous posts on issues that have already been discussed. @Terak If you take the time to use DQT just for a little bit you'd realize that yes, you can turn off pretty much all features of DQT that you don't want to use. Sorry, for the harsh under tone. But having to write the same thing over and over again, well.. You understand. DQT will be going through a major overhaul soon, the addon is as old as when dailies where first introduced and it's time. I can't make DQT work seamlessly with all the mods out there, it just ain't gonna happen. And sometimes it's not even DQT that is the problem, it can be as simply as something interfering with DQT from another mod and it errors out, like you posted. It looks like DQT isn't able to work with the Mapping/Chat mod you have.

I deleted the old DQT files and folder, and I deleted DailiesQuestTracker.lua and DailiesQuestTracker.lua.bak from my SavedVariables folder and reinstalled DQT but the button is still missing. Is there any way that I can manually tell the button to come out and play? Thanks.

I apologize for the debugging turned on. Ack! If you want to turn this off before I update it, go into DailiesQuestTracker.lua and change: -- Set Debugger local DailiesDebugEnabled = false @Aldair Can you tell me what you are interfacing with on DQT? FuBar or Broker and do you use Broker2FuBar? This could be the problem why your MiniMap button has disappeared.
