Dailies Quest Tracker

This is a Broker Dailies Quest Tracker Addon, that will keep track of the dailies that you have done for the day. All libraries are included. You will need to have some sort of Broker container in order to use this addon. (I.E. Fortress, DockingStation, NinjaPanel, etc..)

Shift-Left-Clicking on a quest title, will paste the quest link in the chat-box.
Control-Left-Clicking a quest title will open that quest within the Quest Log. This will only work if you currently have the quest.
Left-Clicking the Broker icon will open your Quest Log.
Right-Clicking the Broker icon will open the settings for Dailies Quest Tracker.
You can track multiple toons (Horde/Alliance) to keep track of dailies done on all of them. Right now, if you have characters with the same names on different realms, issues may arise with tracking.
Filter out groups you have no interest in watching.
Shows reputation from factions and will color the faction based on your current standings. You can also display your current standings in the group headers.
If you have any announcement addons (Scrolling Combat Text, Blizzard UI, Parrot) you can have it announce to those scrollers.

Added Brewfest
Fixed Daily Timer not showing if resetting less than a hour
Fixed Battleground Holidays not showing
Fixed some graphical glitches
Added Hodir Badges to 5-Player Normal dailies
Added 'Identifying the Remains' daily to Argent Tournament and corrected the total counts

** BUGS/ISSUE First remedy **
PLEASE delete DailiesQuestTracker saved variables first if you are running into errors. ALOT has changed and you have been forewarned.

Localizations are in the works and will happen, but as of right now this version will only work on ENGLISH clients.

This addon is still being maintained, I have stated already on the slow updates. The error that everyone is having, I'm aware of and is fixed on my copy.

There is only so much time in a given day that I can work on this, sorry if the updates aren't coming in at a more regular intervals. But I doing what I can do.

Pyrran A Kobold Labourer Forum posts: 1 File comments: 11 Uploads: 0	Updated Dailies Hey Fritos, No sweat, get to it when you can mate I dont appear to be getting the error that many other people are getting, and the blank tooltip issue of the past hasnt reocurred for me since I disabled the custom comm channel stuff. I have however taken the liberty to add some new groups for more dailies to the list of ones it does track - namely those for Knights of the Ebon Blade, and Sons of Hodir (plus a few for other already included factions that weren't being tracked). I'll get around to adding some more in the next week or so. If you haven't already got them in your working version, I'd be more than happy to send you the updated lua files to save you the trouble? PM me any contact address if so A thought also perhaps for next version bump? - would be great if the info tooltip displayed showed the correct gold reward for those of us who are 80, as although it makes the necessary adjustments for human toons with regrard to rep, the gold values listed are pre-80. I know this would mean adding in another value to each tracked daily.... but purely in the interests of being accurate? Food for thought anyway... Keep up the good work. Cheers, Pyrran.

To be perfectly frank, all the extra data is nice but when it comes down to it I'm just using it to make sure I didn't forget to so a faction-daily I need to do.

Now I just need to get more people to use it so other people on my server are using the ace comm channel and it will actually populate information. One question: I can't seem to drag the icon off of my top fubar and onto the other fubars on the bottom of my screen. it's sort of stuck up there and i really don't want it on the top. In fact, I can't seem to see DQT in the Fubar Preferences box either. I glanced through to see if this is something you're working on, but I didn't see text to that effect (might have missed it tho, if I did, very sorry >_<). Thanks bunches for keeping up with this awesome addon!

How about from the Addons button on the character selection screen? If it's not showing in the list, then WoW isn't seeing it as a valid addon - reinstalling the addon should sort it.

/DQT or /Dailies are the slash commands.

So thanks a bunch dude!! Btw im doing alot of the Icecrown flying vehicle dailies and they don't show up on the list. Im thinking none of the Valiance Expedition or Shadow Vault dailies are listed. Fritos, is there any chance you can wrap up the changes you have now and maybe post a beta release? Everyone's getting really impatient as you can see. I don't mean to put pressure on you, I've been a developer myself and I know what that feels like.

One question though, and sorry if it's been answered but I couldn't seem to find it, are you going to have the correct turn-in people especially for the Dalaran cooking dailies? As it is, they are currently the Alliance side, and I am Horde. Thanks for your hard work man.

The Horde/Alliance issue seems to be bigger than just the 2 quests I posted. Do you have any logic/flow control for parsing the player's faction? I suppose they could also just be put in separate categories and the player can manually turn them on/off like the rest of the groups. If the updates are just a matter of doing data-entry, i'd be happy to volunteer my time. If it's a matter of getting in-game and completing them, I can do that as well, since i've opened up at least 40 possible daily quests. Thanks for the addon!
