Mists of Pandaria Notice
The official 5.0 release will be ready in a couple of weeks time for general testing. Until then an unofficial patch is available here.
Credits
Sinsthar (base & original concept) - Garstiger (continued) - Dridtz (continued) - Smacker & Meorawr (continued)
Background
Designed to give visual or audible cues to the user in response to in-game events, such as gaining buffs or debuffs. Types of cues range from simple texture displays to stack counters, timers to timer bars, and are fully user-configurable. Can be animated or have sounds attached as well.
How to Use
Tutorials will be written and linked here soon, stay tuned!
Reporting Issues
Go to the CurseForge site and Submit a Ticket. Please do not suggest features via the ticket system, and instead use our UserVoice forum.
If you do submit a ticket, we will reply if more information is requested. If no additional information is given in response, we will mark the ticket as Invalid. Feature suggestions are immediately marked invalid.
Feature Requests
There is a UserVoice forum for adding and discussing new features. Submit all feature requests here, but please do not duplicate requests. Duplicates will be exterminated. Painfully.
Looking for Help!
We're always looking for a helping hand. You don't need to be an expert coder to help us out, we've plenty of things that need people to oversee. Of course, knowing code has some benefits - ever wanted to get a feature implemented? Maybe fix a pesky bug that we said we'd fix two months ago? Now's your chance!

I'm so confused. I use power auras but dont know which one I should be updating. This one right here, or the one over here http://www.wowinterface.com/download...?id=14291#info
What's the difference to the two? They both have Smacker as the author. I just updated one of them, don't know which now, and lost all my aura's that I set up. |

Auras wont disappear
I have my auras set up for my dual weild DK. when obliterate is available it brings up an aura when killing machine is up AND i have enough Runepower for Frost strike then a different Aura comes up. etc etc etc. i have done this for all my major rotation and it works 98% of the time but occasionally after i am out of combat the auras are still up . all are checked "in combat only"
i am using version 3.00b i just downloaded c and will try that in the morning but in the meantime... do you kow why it might be behaving in this fashion? |

Re: Re: Rogue Tricks of the Trade Question
1) When I cast tricks on someone I have a "Tricks of the Trade" buff up for the 30 second countdown (or when I attack something) 2) After attacking someone I get my "Tricks of the Trade" buff for the duration of my Dump of agro to them 3) When another rogue casts on me, I get "Tricks of the Trade" buff for the duration when I am taking their agro and getting my dmg boost. It just so happens all 3 different "buffs" have the exact same name and it is showing up for all 3 cases. I am hoping to get it to show up only when someone else casts tricks on me. I tried putting in the second line under where I put the name the following IDs one at a time (59628, 57933, 57934). Same results every time. PowaSet = { { ["gcd"] = false, ["b"] = 0, ["anim1"] = 1, ["g"] = 1, ["optunitn"] = false, ["ignoremaj"] = true, ["stacksLower"] = 0, ["target"] = false, ["icon"] = "Interface\\Icons\\Ability_Rogue_TricksOftheTrade", ["size"] = 0.8100000023841858, ["torsion"] = 1, ["r"] = 1, ["y"] = -30, ["x"] = 0, ["customname"] = "", ["groupany"] = true, ["isAlive"] = true, ["timerduration"] = 0, ["unitn"] = "", ["bufftype"] = 1, ["stacks"] = 0, ["focus"] = false, ["raid"] = false, ["texture"] = 1, ["alpha"] = 1, ["aurastext"] = "", ["symetrie"] = 0, ["Timer"] = { ["a"] = 1, ["dual"] = false, ["id"] = 1, ["cents"] = false, ["HideLeadingZeros"] = true, ["enabled"] = true, ["Showing"] = false, ["y"] = 17, ["h"] = 1, ["ShowOnAuraHide"] = false, ["Transparent"] = false, ["UpdatePing"] = false, ["InvertAuraBelow"] = 0, ["x"] = 0, ["Texture"] = "Default", }, ["soundfile"] = "ReadyCheck", ["owntex"] = false, ["isResting"] = 0, ["duration"] = 0, ["mine"] = false, ["multiids"] = "59628", ["inVehicle"] = false, ["speed"] = 1, ["sound"] = 10, ["stacksOperator"] = ">=", ["realaura"] = 1, ["threshold"] = 50, ["exact"] = true, ["InactiveDueToState"] = false, ["textaura"] = false, ["party"] = false, ["wowtex"] = false, ["groupOrSelf"] = false, ["customsound"] = "", ["combat"] = 0, ["Stacks"] = { ["a"] = 1, ["Showing"] = false, ["HideLeadingZeros"] = false, ["y"] = 0, ["h"] = 1, ["id"] = 1, ["Transparent"] = false, ["UpdatePing"] = false, ["enabled"] = false, ["x"] = 0, ["Texture"] = "Default", }, ["inParty"] = 0, ["id"] = 1, ["HideRequest"] = false, ["aurastextfont"] = 1, ["Active"] = false, ["anim2"] = 0, ["beginSpin"] = true, ["customtex"] = false, ["tooltipCheck"] = "", ["stance"] = 10, ["isSecondary"] = false, ["thresholdinvert"] = false, ["spec2"] = true, ["inRaid"] = 0, ["spec1"] = true, ["Showing"] = false, ["UseOldAnimations"] = false, ["buffname"] = "Tricks of the Trade", ["begin"] = 0, ["off"] = false, ["texmode"] = 1, ["inverse"] = false, ["ismounted"] = false, ["targetfriend"] = false, ["randomcolor"] = false, ["finish"] = 4, }, -- [1] .... Why does "friendly target" get greyed out when I select "debuff"?
I would like to test friendly targets for the weakened soul debuff but sadly I cannot do this. I do not get the logic in disabling friendly targets for debuffs at all to be honest.. is there any way to circumvent this or maybe the author could change this and allow friendlies to be checked for debuffs? Edit: Two more questions. Any idea why my aura doesn't work after I check "exact name"? I have double checked and tripple checked that the name matches the name of the buff. The name in question is Power Word: Shield. Question number two.. if I check "friendly target" then it doesn't seem to work when I target myself. Am I not friendly? ![]()
