Ackis Recipe List 

Being that this update works with WOTLK, does it still work for those of us that aren't fortunate enough to get into the beta group?

It works on both live and beta

I was debating making a branch however the changes between the two are very very minimal that there's no issue with a few if then's.

Not quite true, at least for me when playing enGB 2.4.3.8606.

v0.936 and v0.937 show me a full progress bar with no %-text, no recipes at all and the following error:

Got rid of all other addons and savedvariables.. problem persists. Posting that on CurseForge later.


P.S. not quite sure if you guys were talking about the same version.. anyways, mentioning doesn't hurt, does it?

This mod stop working in 3.0.2?

Only one problem I have is that the "Scan Skills" button doesn't appear with my ATSW v0.7.1 But other then that, this is such a great mod for us recipe junkies =D keep up the good work

I'll echo what was said about this being a great mod, but I am feeling the pain of it not working. My button is present, but when I click the scan skills, a pop up appears and tells me the skills haven't been scanned yet & to click the "scan skills" button. Anyway, just thought I'd mention that. I look forward to what is to come, and thanks kindly to the creater and all the work involved, it is much appreciated.

Try that version. Still in beta but it works.

Enjoy the beta, there's still glitches (data accuracy, etc.) however it's a lot better than the old one.

Still working on it but I wanted to get a working copy out for you.

Test it out, make tickets for any issues (or add to existing tickets, there's already one for localization issues and one for inaccurate information in the database).

This addon does one thing very well - and I like using it. Thank you for updating the project here at this site.

I used to rely on this addon in every skill I used. Then the Wrath update killed it. Even with the 10/23 update, the addon is unusable. Is it too much to ask that it be as functional as it was BEFORE the 3.0.2 patch?

Right now, I cannot tell what recipes are available at what levels, nor can I even READ the list as it defaults, due to it appearing behind my trade skill window, rather than beside it. I have to close my trade skill window in order to read the ARL window, and even then, the filtering doesn't work (it shows me horde recipes when I'm on an alliance toon, and alliance recipes when I'm on a horde toon), and it doesn't show what recipes are available at my current skill level. All I get is a list of every recipe in the game for the skill I'm looking at, regardless of level or faction. That's nothing like the way ARL worked before 3.0.2.

I'm not really sure what your problem is. The addon works exactly like it did before the patch, except it has more information, more filters, and looks a LOT better. It's appearing behind your trade skill window? Do you have an addon for tradeskills that replaces the normal window?

It shows all recipes? Do you have the known and unknown filter both checked?

There are a LOT more filters, check them out.

I'm not sure what the source of the problem was, but I resolved it by deleting the old configurations and variables files, then re-installing the addon. Now it works as advertised, and gives me everything I was hoping for when I upgraded it. Thanks for an incredibly helpful addon.

hi, new to this, so please bare with me. i had the older version of ackis recipe list, and it had a mouseover tooltip to show what the recipe did. Now this was great. The new version doesn't seem to. I was wondering if i did something wrong, or if it might be an upcoming thing for expansion.
