    Overview
    Combuctor is a bag replacement addon designed to help the player find items as quickly and as easily as possible, while still feeling part of the default interface. Beyond the basic all-bags-in-one functionality, Combuctor provides features such as:

    • Ability to view the items of any character, from anywhere *
    • Inventory, bank, vault and guild bank support
    • Coloring based on item quality and more
    • Intelligent item search engine
    • Tooltip item counts
    • Item rulesets
    • Databroker support
    * - Requires the player to login and visit the bank once at each character

    I'm probably doing partial matches on types and subtypes, which is why it would be doing that.

    The search function isn't working so well.. I had Hearthstone, Corpsemaker and Deviate Scale in my bag and I searched for some letters, this was results:

    Corpsemaker: d, h, t, w, x
    Deviate Scale: g, h, o, r
    Hearthstone: c, i, j, k, l, m, n, u

    Or does the search function search tooltip infos too? (But that wouldn't explain Deviate Scale..)

    Other than that, very good addon! Thanks for making this!

    Just wanted to post a quick thanks to Tuller for this mod - it makes inventory management SO much easier (especially for packrats like me!). The only thing I'd really like to see added is the soulbound filter which would make it easier to send stuff off to the bank alt (did I mention I'm a packrat?). In any event, I'm happy to use it as is, even if no new features ever get added!

    Gonna do more work after I'm done with Bongos3. Resizing is difficult until I figure out a good algorithm. After that its magic :P

    I love you! This bag mod is exactly what I've been searching for for so long. Organized display, search features and perfect layout without all the fuss and bloat of virtual bags and custom filters. And finally somebody realizes ammo and inventory don't go together in an all-in-one bag display. I wouldn't change a thing on this addons, and I certainly hope you don't.

    Edit: I lied. How about throwing in options for scaling and opacity? And it would be nice to be able to change how many columns the display uses, so the bag can be made wider.

    I know it doesn't, but it should :-) I hate having to scan through my whole consumables section to figure out how many stacks of Fel Mana Potions I have. I would propose a fixed sort on category:name that you can either turn off or on. It would make life infinitely easier. Of course if that comes as too high a price in terms of performance I can understand not doing it.

    That's actually handled via the soul bag/ammo tab of the normal view. It should be possible to change the rule for the soul/ammo tab to show empty slots, but its more just there to check how much ammo you have.

    Hi !

    just a suggestion, i've a Hunter & Warlock, both having ammo / soul bag. One thing i think is missing when you select ammo / soul tab, is to be able to see the free slot.

    Because, actually, when i go buying my arrows / bullets or farming shards, i don't know how much space left in my bag.

    Anyway, thank you for this addon !

    Some of these have been mentioned before but I'd like to throw my stamp of approval on them =)

    1) Same icon size for all items (? scalable)

    2) Use Blizzard categories by default, but allow users to assign them manually and create their own.

    3) Change background color and translucency, like bagnon =)

    4) No more alt for dragging window frame, or an options interface to reassign the bindings.

    5) Allow users to change the size of the inventory by setting the number of slots per row, again like bagnon =)

    Guild bank: no.
    Sorting: Combuctor does not sort
    Resizing: Only if I decide to redo the window design
    Soulbound filter: Probably will happen
    Trade Goods filter: Might happen.

    Wow, this is awesome. Pretty much exactly what I was looking for.

    1. Can you make this work for the Guild Vault?
    2. Can you make it sort by item level?
    3. Can I resize the windows?
    4. Can you make a filter to show only soulbound items?

    There's no current setting to show the all tab by default. You're right that this was done mainly because of keys/shards/ammo.

    I would try looking at the trade goods tab on those characters, or if you want all slots from the trade bags, take a look at the trade tab.
