TomTom is your personal navigation assistant in World of Warcraft. This addon is very simple, but provides a nice set of functionality. Thanks to Esamynn for Astrolabe, which does the bulk of the work in this addon.
TomTom offers the following major features:

/way Nagrand 45 50
/way 14.78 23.90 This is a waypoint!
/way reset all
/way reset Nagrand
/wayb Here
/wayback
/cway
/closestway

Gah, back to square one! I thought I'd managed to get this working by clearing the waypoints profile, and resetting to default but alas it seems I was premature.
Logged in to my scrubby lil' monk last night, and the arrows failed to move on quest acceptance and such. Under the POI integration part, I only have the lower of the two options ticked, to allow automatic placement of waypoints? really starting to get stumped now |

Unless I implement polling, yes.

Does it still require you to have the tracker sorted by proximity in order to update reasonably quickly?

Before installing QuestPointer (shortly before MoP when I started playing again) I'd tried the automatic tracking feature in TomTom and it seemed like it was still not very functional, and depended too much on having the quest tracker sorted by proximity to update in a timely fashion, which I have no interest in doing as it makes it annoyingly difficult to find a particular quest in the tracker when they're constantly shifting positions every time I move a few yards. Maybe you've updated the code since then so it works better, but you've definitely stated multiple times that users who wanted that feature should not use TomTom to get it.

will do when I get home later on. I sorta got it working late last night / early this morning but alas sleep > bug hunting
I managed to get it kinda working, but had to toggle the POI integration off, reload, toggle it back on and then accept a new quest. This auto-placed a waypoint and the LDB arrow sprang into life. |

Can you show me a screenshot of your POI options just to sanity check?

OK, done something similar.
I recently rolled a new alt for pet trading, so logged that toon. Level 1 human priest with only tomtom and statblockcore enabled. What I've noticed is the same result. no LDB activity for the crazy arrow, but more oddly (and this applies for all other toons) is that the main crazy arrow simply does not show. It's enabled, and I have reset it's position etc but it's not to be seen. I've also tried removing tomtom and re-installing from clean and i'm totally stumped now. Edit: if I use the alt+click method on a quest POI thus manually setting a destination waypoint, both arrows work.

Have you tested with the main arrow, not the LDB arrow?
Try the following:
I wonder if that will work, but may provide some more information. That's what I'm working with..
